Grant Us Your Peace

God of all grace:  Grant us your peace which passes all understanding, that the quieness that comes for communion with you and our neighbors may possess our souls.  We withdraw from the trials of this world for awhile when we come to you in prayer - help us to recover the strength that we have lost, and pass victoriously through all the troubles of this day and the days to come.  We ask it in the name of Jesus.  Amen.
