For The Indwelling Spirit

Spirit of purity and grace: We thank you for your revelations of centuries past, and now ask that in our day you might guide us that we might not fear either the present or the future.  Let our daily tasks glow again with the light of your holy purpose, and give us some part in your abiding work of salvation.  Move us to speak and achieve the things that conform to your purposes, uniting us more closely to Jesus in whose name we offer this prayer.  Amen.
